WHAT IS OUR STANDING ORDER SERVICE?
Our standing order service is designed as an easy way to collect all your favourite titles on a regular basis, without the hassle of filling in a monthly order form. With a Standing Order, all the work is done for you.
Quite simply, provide us with a list of the titles you would like reserved on a regular basis, and we will systematically store them for you as the titles come into stock. In addition to our Standing Order Service, you can also order titles issue by issue, with our convenient Monthly Advance Order Lists.
ARE THERE ANY FEES?
There are no subscriber fees or long term commitments; the only courtesy we ask is 2 months notice prior to cancellation to allow for any titles already on order.
Parcels are mailed out at your preference - weekly, fortnightly or monthly
HOW DO YOU ORDER?
To order, simply list all the titles that you wish to place on Standing Order by filling in one of our Standing Order Forms. We will then start your standing order with the very next issue to be published (subject to availability), unless you request otherwise. We can usually supply most titles the week after your standing order is set up - there is no need to wait 2 months to catch up.
If you require earlier issues, simply let us know and we will do our best to deliver. (We cannot guarantee availability on issues that have already been published) Annuals, Special Editions etc, are not supplied automatically for titles you have on standing order. Please list them as separate Standing Order items or order them using the Advance Order Form as they are offered in PREVIEWS.
WHEN DO NEW COMICS ARRIVE?
New comic books come out every Wednesday, except on weeks with holidays in which case they are sometimes delayed to Thursdays. We will reserve your books for you on the day they arrive. If it’s time for your books to be shipped, they will usually go out on the following business day.
WHAT IF THERE ’S A MISTAKE IN MY STANDING ORDER?
We strive for 100% accuracy in our subscription service, but mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong book or find that a book is missing, we will correct the problem immediately at our expense. We are always happy to hear your feedback about your subscription, our site, or our services.

To help you decide what to order each month, we offer DIAMOND PREVIEWS.
This is a full colour advance listings magazine, containing details of the latest treasures in comics, trading cards and collectibles.
Previews is available at a special price of $8.50 per month for subscribers.
Previews will not be added to your standing order automatically. Simply let us know, when opening your account, if you want it included.
SO HOW MUCH DOES IT ALL COST?
Imports are charged based on the US dollar price on the cover, based on the following conversion rate (rates are subject to change):
US$2.25 = AUD$4.10
US$2.99 = AUD$5.40
US$2.50 = AUD$4.60
US$4.99 = AUD$8.95
Postage is determined on your postcode. Please contact us and we will be able to give you the best possible shipping option..
HOW DO I PAY?
Once you have selected your delivery frequency we will send out an email invoice on the Monday before delivery. Simply click on the link and make your payment via credit card. Items will then be posted, upon funds cleared, by Thursday. Please be aware that if payment is not made by 11am Wednesday your order will not be shipped until the following Week.
Please ensure you supply us with a current email address, as failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order.
Your credit card details will be entered into our encrypted system and kept on file in the event that payment is not received.
The statement included with your order will give details of the parcels that have been sent to you.
Paying by credit card is easy as we currently use PayPal.
WHAT’S THE CATCH?
There isn’t one! No membership or annual fees, no long term commitment (other than notice of cancellation).
All we ask is that you pay for your comics on time, by keeping your account fully paid up.
Nothing could be simpler. We pride ourselves on offering fast, efficient service.
